Access to Johto's Frontier is through the Frontier Access. The Johto Frontier is located west of Olivine City, where Pokémon Crystal's Battle Tower was located. The Sinnoh Frontier is located north of the Fight Area in the place of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl's Battle Park.
